Jag gick till frisören idag. Efter en del funderande på vad jag ska göra med detta hår. Bestämde mig för att göra en shadow Root. Alltså behålla min utväxt och blenda ut den och tona håret. Nu är det ganska mörkt, men blir nog bra efter några tvättar. Det är väldigt ovant men på det kändes ändå bäst att göra såhär just nu. Får jobba lite med det jag har och göra det bästa av situationen. Satt hos frisören med ont i magen. Så nervös. Men blev ändå bra. Nu hoppas jag bara att jag inte tappar lika mycket som förra gången. Jag gör allt jag kan för att behålla håret och få det att växa.
I went to the hairdresser today. After a lot of thinking I decided to go for a shadow root. Keep my roots and blend it out. Got a toner all over. It’s a bit dark at the moment but after I few washes I think it will be good. Not used to having it this dark. But that’s the best way to do it right now. I need to work with what I have and make the best of the situations. I was very anxious at the hairdresser. But it turned out ok. Just hoping I won’t loose as much as last time. I’m doing what I can to treat it and making it grow.
